AjonTec B2B is an online software service sold by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Delivery of the Service
- Your workspace is created as soon as you sign up.
- The software opens for use as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
- Your login details are shown in your account and sent to your registered email.
- The GST tax invoice is available in your account at once and is also emailed.

2. Delays
If the software does not open within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us at info@ajontecb2b.com or +91 7280008555. We will fix it the same working day or refund the payment as per our Refund Policy.

3. Custom plans and services
For custom plans, data import, set-up or training, the delivery time is the one agreed in writing in your quote.

4. Goods sold by our customers
Businesses using AjonTec B2B sell and deliver their own goods to their buyers. Delivery, returns and refunds of those goods are the responsibility of that business and are governed by its own policies.
