This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service of AjonTec B2B. It applies to every business, staff member and network member using the Service.

You must not use the Service to:
1. Break any law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, GST law, the Legal Metrology Act, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act or consumer protection law.
2. Buy, sell or promote goods or services that are banned or need a licence you do not have, such as weapons, narcotics, prescription medicines without a licence, counterfeit goods, wildlife products or gambling.
3. Send SMS, WhatsApp or email messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or send promotional SMS without DLT registration and templates as required by TRAI rules.
4. Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or privacy.
5. Enter other people's personal data without a lawful reason, or use the data of your network for purposes they have not agreed to.
6. Try to access other workspaces, test or break our security, overload our systems, copy or resell the software, or get around plan limits.
7. Create accounts in someone else's name, use false GST details, or misuse coupons, offers and referrals.

What we may do
If we find or are told of a breach, we may remove content, limit features, pause messaging or pause or end the account, with notice where possible. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
